I have been in physical therapy for the last 2 months for a frozen left shoulder that has made some daily living tasks extremely difficult or impossible. I have seen some limited improvement, but not as much as I should have seen. I will see an orthopedic doc on March 24 for an opinion. This has been scary for me because I only have limited use of my right arm and hand. Please pray for the doc to be able to accurately access my situation and advise, and for me to be patient and continue to exercise, and more importantly to trust in the Lord. I am very independent, but this situation has caused me to rely on the Lord more, which is a praise!I think this situation is really about me realizing that God is enough, even if my situation doesn't change.
