An update on Haley. Surgery went well. Had a rough night last couple of nights but much better today and are coming home. She still has a few weeks of recuperation but so far so good. Thank you all so much for all your prayers. We love and appreciate all of you!
As I was talking with a lady last night she shared with me how her mothers faith in church had been restored.The car ministry at the River had repaired her car after she had been waiting on someone else to help her for some time and she was so humbled at the timely manner and generous attitude they showed that she has decided to visit church once again.Way to go to the car ministry,you are being the hands and feet of Christ.
Please continue to pray for LC's father. The family was called in as they thought he was dying. He is actually improving! He is requiring less oxygen and is actually talking!

Prayers for Jenn Coffey. Diagnosed with breast cancer last year and has undergone several surgeries which her body has not healed right from and has left her weak and in constant pain. Early this July her husband of 23 years has asked for a divorce. She is getting ready to undergo another surgery this August. She is under severe emotional stress and has been beat down spiritually. She has lost her faith and does not believe in God. Prayers please!

We have a showing today for our home. It hasn't been on the market long, but we are trying to sell so we can host more international students. We have found a house that we think would be perfect to host students/life group, but we can't make an offer until we get one on ours. Please pray that we are following God's will in every decision we are making about this. We want more than anything to be obedient. Everyone who has looked at our house has loved it, but not the neighborhood. Pray this would not be the case today. Thanks!
Please pray for one of the families Van Ministry had been serving. They just had a premature newborn baby. Baby Angelina was born Saturday, July 19. She was 6 weeks early. The hospital had to keep her for the meantime and they had to run a tube through her nose to her stomach to help her eat because she was burning all her energy out to try to eat. Her 3 siblings are one of the faithful riders of the van since it kicked off last April and they are our inspiration to keep the ministry going. It's been like 4 weeks that they are the only riders of the van, last VBS, we transported 18-24 kids for three nights.
Prayers for Sherrie. Her husband passed away. Also prayers for a co-worker who has lupus. Prayers for my niece Tina. Prayers for a friend whose son is not well. Thanks to everyone who prays. God bless and have a great day.

Praying with a heavy heart to find answers. I had a doctors appointment today and it didn't go well. Thought I was going to get a quick fix to my left hand, arm, and shoulder. I was told that I have problems with my C3 & C4 of my spine. I am waiting for appointment to have a Myelogram, EMG and either shots or surgery to fix my problem. My insurance ends at the end of the month unless I get a call back on the many jobs that I have applied for in the school system. Praying that God would give me peace in the midst of the storm.
