Please pray for my dad, Brantley Morris. He had to be admitted back into the hospital last night due to having several deep-seeded blood clots in his arm after having surgery for a pacemaker and a pic line put in for antibiotics. He does not feel well at all and his arm is swollen about 4 times its normal size. Pray for wisdom for the medical staff and for my mom, Elizabeth, as she is the caretaker.
Please pray for Linda Fields. She is in St. Thomas hospital. She had 5 bypasses and 4 of them have collapsed. She is very weak but they are going to do more tests on Tuesday to see if they can put in stents. The doctor says if that does not work then there is nothing else they can do. We know our God is greater. Please pray for a miracle!
A friend of mine- Amanda Rogers, recently went to her fathers funeral in Indiana. The day she was going home, she stopped by her sisters house to say good bye and found her sister had committed suicide. The sister was 24 and left behind a 9 month old son. The father has recently been incarcerated and apparently there is no other close family to care for the child in Indiana. Amanda brought the baby back to TN and has been working with a her Aunts in Monterey. She took the baby (Caden) to the doctors’ today and they diagnosed him with H1N1 and immediately rushed him to Vanderbilt. Amanda, her family and Caden have both been through so much and need your prayers.
Please pass this request to everyone you know. Amanda has suffered a loss of a child in the past and is really struggling now. I know GOD has a plan for this child and pray that HE heals him and brings peace to this family.

My Granddaddy ~ J.N. Ely, Jr. of Pennington Gap, VA ~ passed away last night at 11:00 P.M. in the hospital at Kingsport. He'd been sick for 3 weeks, and we expected him to pass. He was a Christian (since the age of 11 or 12), a hard-core Southern Baptist (loved Charles Stanley), a deacon in his church for about 60 years, a life-long farmer, taught school for more than 40 years, a WWII vet, faithful to his wife, father of 4, grandfather of 4, and great-grandfather of 3. He was 94 years old, a salt of the earth kind of guy and was part of the greatest generation that ever lived. Please keep our entire family in your prayers. (my last grandparent)

My Granddaddy is 94 and a Christian since he was 11 or 12. He's been sick in the hospital since the day after Christmas with a bad gall bladder infection. My family tells me he's fading away and will probably pass soon. He lives in the mountains of Virginia so I can't spend time with him as much I'd like but thankfully did get to see him some at Christmas. Please keep him in your prayers as I don't want him to suffer. He's my last living grandparent.
We ask that you lift up Priscilla for her physical protection and for her strength in Christ enduring persecution. Pray for Murray her husband that Christ would rescue him with Salvation and he would stop hurting his family. Pray for the protection of their child and God would remove the alcohol and abuse.
