For a long time I was a nonbeliever, and until that last few months I didn't think I it was possible. I was in a hole that I didn't think I could pull myself out of. I was deeply depressed and was doing drugs that I didn't want to do. It was hard to come out of it and I still have problems, but with the help of God I overcame it. I got rid of my old life and found a new one, becoming a better person, following my dreams and how I want to help the world. I haven't been to church in a long time and it makes me feel good believing in something and a purpose. Thank you for being a place that doesn't judge because that's why I stopped going a long time ago. I'm becoming a better christian and I am proud to say it.

Please keep the Pigg family in Overton County in your prayers. Lance (10 months) had head surgery at 3 months due to his soft spot. They are going for a check up and will need another CT scan. Terry Pigg (Dad) is having a lot of issues with his hip and with his knee. He had shoulder surgery this past winter. Marlene (Terry's mother) had a brain aneurysm back in July, she has recovered enough to be back home, but this has affected her greatly. Please pray for this family. They have had a lot of health issues and a lot of stress and they would appreciate any prayers.
Routine blood tests for my friend Delinda (who lives in CA) have returned with numbers higher than normal, which could indicate a serious health concern. Have started a Bible Study group at work and I would just like to pray that more people will start coming. There are 3 of us that are attending every week. We have seen some impact (mostly because we meet in the Break room and people are constantly walking in and will contribute a nugget of wisdom :) I would also like to pray that what we talk about will make a difference.
