My wife is in battle with depression over her father's death almost a year ago and questions of why, how did this happen. She is moving toward a dark place and events in the next week make the situation worse for her. I got the promotion! After first applying April 23 and not hearing anything , God made an opportunity for the hiring manager (who I have never met in person) to ask me for a resume and cover letter. He fought for me - then had to tell me I would not be eligible for the promotions. Sept 2, weeks later, He was able to interview me. After 3 interviews (and a lot of waiting) God did the impossible and I was hired. God did the fighting for me. Praising and giving Him the glory for all of the answered prayers and the desires of my heart.

As I’ve been working out of town the past couple of months, I have been blessed to find a brother in Christ within the group I am in. This past week, he and I decided to meet and have a small devotional together. As people walked past the room we were in, we found our group grow to 9 people. Please be in prayer for the Jewish people as they commemorate the journey of the Jews to the Holy Land. Sukkot ( feast of booths) is one of the three pilgrimage festivals where Jewish people are enjoined in the Bible to come to Jerusalem. It commemorates the journey of the people of Israel from Egypt to the land of Israel. See Lev.23:33-44 This celebration began on Sun.(13th) at sundown and will end on (Sun evening the 20th).

1st Praise - I found a Dr who is taking my sickness seriously and working to figure out what's wrong.
1st Request - Still getting sick (almost daily) and new meds don't seem to be helping. I have another scope 10/31 to see update.
2nd Praise - Passed the 2nd round of interview for promotion. Now down to two of us for the position.
2nd Request - Please pray for my 3rd interview 10/15 at 8 AM with the highest manager that I will listen clearly and be able to answer well. There have been a lot of obstacles to get me to this point (and since April) but I have seen God's hand throughout this process. I'm nervous about meeting with the director from headquarters, and just want to glorify God in all things. Pray for God's will and my heart to be surrendered for that.
Please pray that Gods peace and strength will enter me and claim me. I've been dealing with bad anxiety.

Five were arrested for illegal construction and possible destruction of Jewish Antiquities and is, in part,an attempt to erase the Jewish historical connection to the site.

Please keep my father in prayer. I have asked for prayer for him before, but he has gotten worse. He struggles with MS,Degenerative Disk Disease, Glaucoma, and a few other health issues. I just found out this morning that because of the Glaucoma, he now can't see in one of his eyes. Please pray that if it be in God's Will, that his entire body be healed in Jesus Name. Thanks.
I have a cousin who just had a massive stroke. Needs serious prayers. He's just 51. And also a truck driver and is out of state.
