This has been a rough couple weeks. Randy was let go from his job at Ford Cookeville. Praise God he did get a new job this past Friday and starts Monday. We need prayers that our bills will be met and that we have no issues getting used to his new pay schedule, and that this will be a good, stable career. Please pray for my grandma, she is in FL and was admitted to the hospital Saturday morning for internal bleeding. I am not doing well with this. She is like a 2nd mom to me, we are very close. Please pray for us as a family and decisions about a school we are looking into and praying about, and for us to be strong, loving, and supportive of each other.
Yesterday, I found out that my great grandma started bleeding for no reason. The doctors don't know why. My dad lost his job at Ford but got a new one and starts Monday

My mom just had knee surgery Monday and is doing well. I am very anemic, functioning on about 2/3 of my oxygen level and must do physical therapy with my hip.

My grandfather was admitted to the Cookeville ICU on Friday due to a bad COPD flair up. He is making progress, but my family would greatly appreciate continued prayers for healing. He and my granny have also made the decision to finally stop smoking so prayers of strength and follow through would also be greatly appreciated.
Praise- Brooke found a part time summer job at our community pool. I was able to share my faith with a neighbor last week. We have had TN visitors lately. Praying - The kids endurance with 4 weeks of school left. The river mission team arriving June 1st. A fruitful and favorable summer in new relationships as we seek to reach people this summer. My son and I have struggled for quite some time due to my illness. We have seen God save us from impossible odds for many years. Here lately we have expended all our resourcs and have one week of food and a car is about to lay down on us and no gas money left. We have spent our last few dollars on rent and electric bill. My son works a very low paying job and I have been pushed out of mine due to being out sick almost a month. I have told my son for all these years to trust God and never stop believing. Now for the first time in my life I am losing all hope. If it was just me it would be different. My son doesn’t deserve a life like this. His whole life has been nothing but heartache. His mother wanted to abort him then later left him for drugs never looking back. All our family and friends began to avoid or abandon us due to our situation. No family, friends and even churches only see the exterior and even looked at us with skepticism when we asked for food. Two able-bodied men is all they saw. I get it but it is hard. I have been in constant survival mode for many years and it just took a toll on my health. I have NEVER had to ask for help and don’t qualify for assistance anywhere even though I have paid into the system for all my adult life. I do have VA which takes care of my medical. My son is so strong and doesn’t even so much as use curse words around me or even around other young people who do. He believes in God and has a Godly heart but it isn’t fair for him be out his whole life through this. Isn’t it enough my whole life has been cursed? Why is God allowing my son to be attacked? I have been strong for so long but my hands are slipping from the ledge I have held onto for so long. I have no family, close friends or church family as we always felt like a burden to everyone. My son needs me or I might just quit.
I am praying for a miracle. Some help from God to ease our financial burdens one more time. I really don’t care what happens to me as long as my son has a way to make it. He is 19 with no skills or possessions.
Please pray for us or at least for God to provide my son a way without him suffering again. His pain of constant loss is more than I can bear. My heart is in so much pain for all I was not able to give him to compete in a tough world.
Please pray for our strength and God’s grace and mercy on us. I trust Him with all my heart but feel even God has abandoned us for what ever the reason. I really feel cursed by something I don’t understand. Please pray for us. I once heard us called the invisible poor. Those who seem like the least likely to be in need of help. Please pray for Dawn's health. She has many health issues, hemachromatosis (genetic) and an autoimmune disorder (blood). Together they affect her blood counts to critical low levels but also has to have a pint removed monthly to remove iron which has affected her liver. Currently doing testing to get a liver transplant list at Vandy for when time comes. Pray for approval for list and blood test counts.

After the last time we came, we found out we are pregnant. Something we have waited 3 years for. I felt God was telling me something. Little did I know it was our miracle we were told 2 1/2 years ago it would probably never happen. But all it was, is its gonna come on God's time not ours.
