Please pray for my little cousin Devon. He has been in the hospital since June 30th. They are not sure what is going on with him; he has been dealing with pain, vomiting, inflammation in his organs and joints, as well as other things. This poor little man has been through 6 biopsies, daily bloodwork, multiple MRI's, and scans. With still no conclusive answer. He continues to be a mystery child for the team of Dr's. He did get to go home, however Devon was admitted back into the hospital on Friday. The inflammation in his body has resurfaced with a vengeance. He is also having a hard time walking and this time it's affected his eyes. The protective layer is worn away and very inflamed. We were notified last night that there is an infection in his blood as well, that we are trying to pinpoint and treat. The Dr's are trying to keep him as comfortable as possible. Unfortunately, until the infection is identified we can't move forward with any new medications.
