For my sister and her family. For me. She has been through many struggles/bad life choices and I feel is trapped in a toxic place. She keeps trading one coping mechanism/addiction for another. Her husband isn’t stable either and they BOTH need serious help. Individually and collectively. I am usually the only one who can talk to her and get through to her. But I don’t know how else what else I am supposed to do or how to help. It’s heartbreaking for me and I fear we need to set boundaries for when and who can/cannot come visit anymore. I ask for prayers for their hearts and eyes to be nudged and opened to the light of their actions and how to take the steps to get better. I pray for my heart as well as it is hurting for her and her/my family.
