I had another prostate biopsy yesterday after a recent MRI showed I had 1cmm lesion. My cancer has progressed from a very low risk grade cancer to a Grade Group 3 ("unfavorable intermediate risk") with high risk features (cribriform). I will get a PSMA PET scan to make sure there has been no spread outside of my prostate. When I go in to meet with the surgeon and radiation oncologist, They will take a blood test to look for germline mutations that can be associated with cancer. After all test results are received they will come up with a plan to proceed. Please pray that the cancer has not spread outside the prostate, wisdom for doctors and that I can go through this in a way that brings glory to God!
