David Eldridge, pastor at Samaria Church of Christ, has been admitted to CRMC for colitis and small perforations in his colon. His family is praying that he will heal quickly so surgery can be avoided. The hospital is giving him a couple of days to heal before they will require surgery. Their family members are all in Indiana and they have two young daughters. Please pray he will go home soon without surgery and hopefully no new illness. Thank you!
Leanna Apuzzo is a teacher at BES and found out a few weeks ago that she has leukemia. She has a big test today and is praying for good news. I just recently met Leanna and know that she has a big heart and loves God. She has 3 children: 12, 11 and 10 months) so I pray for her family as they continue to fight thru this illness. I know this has been a hard time for all of them and prayer is requested.
Needing prayers for my anxiety to ease up. I'm struggling so much. I feel like there isn't one person who understands. No one. I often have panic attacks from over thinking and worrying. But more people see me as a problem rather than try to understand what it's like to go through anxiety. I can't just turn it off. Occasionally it affects my faith and it shouldn't. But I feel like why is God bringing people into my life who I become attached to & then they realize how much I worry & over think and then they just ease down our friendship and/or just walk out of my life completely. Then, once again, I'm left struggling, more than I can handle. I just wish God could ease up this anxiety, at least some! I'm struggling too much, more now than I have since I was younger.
Please pray that my momma heals quickly and completely. I am also needing prayers that God would show me exactly where he wants me when he wants me there.
Our newborn Ellie Kate is having surgery around noon tomorrow at Vanderbilt Pediatric Hospital for a diaphragmatic hernia. She has been on life support trying to get her strong enough for this surgery. There are many risks and her lungs are severely underdeveloped. Please pray for her medical team, strength & healing, and her family.
