My mother-in-law had a knee replacement over a week ago. She chose to go to the nursing home for rehab for a few weeks. She is extremely homesick. Pray for peace, comfort & that she has good quick healing.
Also, my husband's uncle had biopsy done on a cyst on his brain & they find out results on Monday. He has been depressed after surgery, so pray for his mental state & good news from results.
And lastly, my sister's father-in-law is not doing good. He has had cancer in the past & afraid it may be back. He is hurting a lot & not really telling the family a whole lot to satisfy them. Pray for all of them, and that the doctors can help him with his hurting and that, if the cancer is back, the Lord can heal him in ways no one will understand.
Please pray for baby Andrew (infant son of Kyle and Christine Rivers). Andrew is in Vanderbilt and going into surgery this morning (Tuesday) and will be in surgery approximately 2-2.5 hours. Please pray for wisdom for the doctors and for a successful surgery. Pray that Andrew is restored to perfect health and for his parents to have peace and comfort as they wait through surgery and with his after care.

when i was younger i didn't really understand god or religion. Now that i'm older i understand it allot more, i'm saved and i love going to church. i always find myself going back to my old ways, making mistakes over and over. sometimes when i pray i think to myself, "you just got done doing this and this or saying this and this and now you're asking god to help you when you can't follow him the right way" i ask god to forgive me and i ask him to help me with this problem. i need to get my life together and without him i won't be able to do that. i pray that he guides me and i pray that i follow.

Our son Andrew Jon was born March 26. Within 24 hours he was immediately transferred to Vanderbilt where we have since learned he has congenital diaphragmic hernia (CDH) & will have to have surgery soon to fix the hole in his diaphragm and remove his liver, spleen, and intestines from his chest where they are causing him to have respiratory distress. Please pray for God's miraculous healing for our sweet boy, for strength for our family, and for wisdom & expertise for the medical staff caring for him.

Nathan had his appt at Vanderbilt eye center. He has to wear a 24 hr patch on his right eye to make his left eye function for the next 6 weeks. Have to go back for another check up then. The cure at his age is not a guarantee but grateful that God allowed us this opportunity and we have claimed and trust his healing power.

This is a prayer request from my niece. She sent me this in a text message. She is requesting prayer for her husband's cousin. His name is Dustin Young. Most people know him as Leon. He was in a head on collision about a week ago. He is in ICU at Erlanger. He suffered a broken femur bone,knee,ankle, foot, & about 7 ribs. He is cut up and almost had his thumb torn off. He has already had 2 surgeries could feel his legs , but now is paralyzed and they can't figure out why. They are trying to determine that.I don't know his relationship with the Lord but I've been told he wants to go to church just as soon as he gets out. he said he will be ok if he is paralyzed the rest of his life, he's just thankful to be alive. Please remember him and his family in prayer through this long process.
