I am a student online at the University of Phoenix, and we have Learning teams, which means a group of people colaberate to complete assignments. While on a learning team last year when I first begun my Bachelors Degree, I became friends with a woman named Lou Anne Brouillard. She sent me an e-mail today to tell me she has Breast Cancer, and has surgery tomorrow. I have never met her, but we have chatted on the phone, and facebook, and text messages. She is a christian, loves the Lord and very afraid of the outcome of the surgery. Please pray for God to be with the doctors, and her in her time of need. Thank you

Please pray for a 17 year old girl from our Church who was hit by a car. Her name is Grace and she and her parents and brother attend our Church she has been a baby-sitter for my three young children.Grace was badly injured in the accident and her condition is critical. She has suffered very severe head injuries and is currently in an induced coma in hospital. The Doctors gave her parents very little hope.After four days Grace is still with us and fighting hard for her life. She has started to show some positive signs some hand movements, a cough, etc, but it is likely to be a long haul, so please pray for a miracle.Please pray for calm and God’s peace for her paenrts and family. Her mother witnessed the accident so please pray that she remains strong. Please also pray for the doctors, nurses and other medical staff involved in Grace’s care and treatment. Many people are already praying for Grace her family and friends, our Church, other Churches locally and elsewhere, prayers are being posted on social networking sites such as Facebook, even strangers are praying when they hear about her. Please spread the word about Grace's plight and ask as many people as possible to pray for Grace and her family. Funds and supplies needed for us to get established in Nairobi and South Sudan (which will be more). For the Father to continue to be in all the details. He continues to amaze us at how He is working behind the scenes.
For our ministry in Nairobi to become clear. There is so much that can be done but we want to do what God wants us to focus on.
That we will be successful at Bible storytelling and training others to do storytelling, so that many will become followers of Jesus. We go for training in September in Colorado.
The team going in November to South Sudan to do a short medical mission. Please pray for safe and efficient travel from the States to Africa, and the flights within Africa. The flights into the Sudan can be very expensive and sporadic so we need favor with that. Pray that we have enough medical supplies for the mission, health for the team, comfort, and the love of God in us so much that the people see Jesus not us.
The refugees that have fled to South Sudan whom we will be ministering to and living amongst. There are increasing numbers of them coming into the camp. Please pray for food, shelter, clean sanitation, health, openness to the Word, ability to forgive those who persecute them, inner comfort and peace.

It's been a while since I've been on the prayer wall, but I want to make this a habit again! I'm serving in Japan right now, mainly in college ministry. Please pray that I can deepen my trust in God and my relationship with Him. Lately, I've been struggling with my self-image and this can make ministry a bit tough for me. Many of my friends are getting married and engaged right now, and this really makes me envious. But right now, I really only want to focus on God, and be secure in myself before I even consider future marriage. Also in about 3 weeks I will begin dieting and exercise with my friends here, please pray that I can follow through with my desire to be fit and that I can trust in God's promise that I can do anything through Christ who strengthens me. I have a one year old daughter. I had to sign over power of attorney several months ago to her grandparents on the father's side. I had been in a tragic car accident and was bound to a wheelchair with a broken femur and several other issues. I've been healing physically and spiritually as well so I will be seeking full custody of her very soon. The grandparent's have become very attached.
