In the last 24 months, we've lost 6 immediate family members and numerous family and friends. Today Glen's aunt/ 2nd mother passed away after an extended illness. Her name was Junan "Nana" Huddleston McCune. She was 80, a Christian, and family was with her at the time of her passing. Please keep our family in your prayers. Visitation is at Crestlawn on Thursday 5-8 and Friday 11-1. The funeral is at 1:00 on Friday. Thank you.
About a week ago my car went down for the count......I am praying that God will help the mechanics figure out what the deal is with my vehicle and that it can be fixed.......please join me in agreeing in prayer about this.I am unable to go anyplace and this has pretty much grounded me! Another request that I have is for my special someone.....He is battling severe depression and he needs an answer about this job that he applied for over 3 weeks ago.......Please pray that he hears back from this job that he got it! I know that God is ultimately in control folks but this has been an ongoing thing now for almost 3 years for this man! Brittany's 5K benefit race is today; we pray for a good turnout, great weather and lots of support for her and her family! Please join us in prayer for this precious life and for continued healing!
Please continue prayers for Brittany~16 year old who was hit by a semi in March. Brittany has suffered moderate severe brain damage, cervical fracture, broken clavical and lacerated kidney. Praise the Lord that the kidney has healed without surgery and the clavical is healing as well on its own! It has been determined that the fracture has not injured the spine; she wears a C-collar when up to prevent spinal injury. Brittany is becoming more aware and is breathing on her own! She continues to become more alert and they are now attempting to feed her pureed foods in very small amounts. She has been having episodes of agitation which is normal as the brain heals. Pet therapy has offered huge rewards for her! She responds well to this therapy and is now tolerating between 5-5 1/2 hours a day!
We ask that you lift her up to the Lord for continued healing! We also ask for prayers for her parents, siblings and grandparents! Thank you Lord Jesus for your faithfulness!

Please pray for my family in San Diego: my sister Darlene, whose car has died, and she is in danger of losing both her jobs (her school job due to budget cuts and her job helping special needs adults due to her lack of reliable transportation.) Jensyn W., critically ill 12 year old in upstate NY, being transferred to Upstate Medical Center in Syracuse. They don't know what the cause of the illness is as of yet, very high temp (105) and very high white blood cell count. I work with her Mom and this family needs your prayers for healing and strength.
