Praise - we visited several months ago - and I requested prayer for a mission trip to West Africa. The trip was Oct 27- Nov 7, 2011. We seen 4,645 indicate they asked Christ into their hearts and lives. I preached and went soul winning and led 130 to Christ.

Praise: Times are tough----I wasn't sure I would be able to get our layaway out at WalMart (for my kids to have a Christmas). We had a utility trailer on LSN for sale for 2 months. The layaway had to be out today and at 6 AM got a call & at 7 AM the guy was in my driveway buying my utility trailer. GOD IS GOOD ALL THE TIME !!!
Please pray for Andy's mom. She is in bad shape at the hospital here in Cookeville. Her name is Sandra Tompkins. She has COPD, she is diabetic and has congestive heart failure. The doctors think there is still an underlying problem that they have found yet. They have confined her to her bed.Please pray for God to give the doctors wisdom to find out all thats wrong. Also pray for my dad Billy Sherrell. He suffers alot with pain from his gall bladder and he cannot have surgery because his lungs are so bad. God Bless!

Our daughter has scoliosis and has recently also been diagnosed with a ruptured disc in her neck. She is a single mom going through a hard time right now as well as a lot of pain, she could use your prayers as she decides with her doctors if surgery is the answer for her medical problems.
Thanks for the prayers for my father. Please continue to pray for him. He will be going into surgery this Friday afternoon at Vanderbuilt. The doctor will be amputating his left leg above the knee. My father could have had the bones and joints replaced which would have been a very lengthy recovery time and there was not a 100% percent sure that the infection would not come back. My father has chosen the amputation. He is at peace with his decision and my family ask for your continued prayers. Thank you and GOD bless.
Thanks to all who were praying for my son Matthew, His surgery went well and he is re cooperating in his new rocker recliner very well. He has a new nose and a new chair. lol Dr said he had to sleep sitting up for Ten days!!!
Praise Thank you God for my wonderful husband, children, sisters family and friends. I have truly been blessed. There may be days that I get fed up or discouraged (especially with my job) but I will always have things that God has blessed me with. I pray that I can be a light and other people can just see how much I love God and Love Jesus. I pray that people not only hear the words I speak, but also can see by the things I do. I also pray that I can be a good spiritual example to my children. I am so proud of them when they recite Bible verses and I will continue to pray for their salvation. AMEN! :)

She is being tested at Vanderbilt hospital, they are not quite sure what the illness is yet but, she is experiencing tingling & numbness in her legs and in her hands and arms up to her elbows. Please pray for my father. He is on his way to the Joint Clinic at Vanderbuilt. He had both knees replaced about 10yrs ago. Back last January his left knee swelled up with a bad infection. Spent about a month in rehab. Had been doing great until a couple of weeks ago and his knee swelled again. The doctors drained his knee again and ran some more test. The test showed he has a Strep infection. The infectious disease doctor seems to think he should have both knees replaced once again. Please pray that GOD will touch and heel him and he will not have to go back through all the surgeries again. Thanks and GOD bless each and everyone of you.

Story of a miracle: On Monday, they said she had 2 strokes. The family prayed. By Tuesday, they realized it was a tumor, likely cancerous. Felt confident that it had began elsewhere and had spread. Family doctor and his office prayed. We began sending out prayer requests. By Friday, the neurosurgeon admitted her to the hospital and said there is far more going on and it is highly likely that she has another tumor deep in the center of her brain. Surgery set for Monday. We send out more prayer request. They have come in from all over! It has been so overwhelming. TODAY....they have sent her home!!! They can not find any other masses, anywhere! And the mass that has started all of this is responding to treatments and SHRINKING!!! It is down to the size of a pea and even her vision is coming back! Doc said there is no way it is cancerous, as it wouldn't shrink. He told her they would continue to monitor her, but there was no need to even operate!!! GO GOD!!!!! Thank you, so very much! My mother is proof that prayer works! That God can heal!
A guy I know from my hometwon (Springfield, TN) hit some people with his car as they walked across the street. The people are in critical condition and he faces serious charges because he was under the influence. His name is Trevor.
My husband (Kurtis) ahs not worked for 2 months. He has tried all he knows to do. We need prayer for employment for him. God has been faithful to provide our needs in amazing ways, I know He can provide a job for Kurtis! Please pray with us! Financially things are becoming desperate.
