My mom's friend's so, Joel is having brain surgery on Monday. He has Chiari Malformation. He is six years old. I pray that God can have the surgery go well, and Lord willing everything goes well, and keep the family stengthened and let them lean on God.

My boss recently had a procedure. I've been praying for her and sending her get well cards and letting her know I was lifting her up to our Father.

My oldest brother tried to commit suicide last Tuesday. He is married with a 14 year old son. He is an alcoholic. He's been to rehab at least 4 times for heroin and alcohol and probably more than I don't know of. He's hurting and the devil has been working on taking his life for a long time because he knows the impact his redemption story would have for the kingdom of God. He is back in rehab on his own will, so just need big prayers.
My grandmother on my mom's side has been in the hospital for 3 weeks now (10/3). My extended family got covid, my grandma's twin sister died 9/11 and my grandma was hospitalized and couldn't go to the funeral. The grief has been heavy on her and my great aunt's children. My grandma is sedated and intubated right now and has been for the past week. She has finally been moved to ICU so she can have visitors like my grandfather and mom, uncle, and family. Please pray for complete healing health-wise and for comfort when she wakes up without her twin sister.

There can be so many negatives depending on the way they view what is going on in life. I also pray for the mental health of my volleyball team. I play for TTU and we are in the middle of season and many of us feel stuck. Pray for joy from our sport and making volleyball be a happy place again. Also, pray for my friend that the Lord would be light in her life and give her hope and joy in this period of life. Thank you all!
Please pray that my mental health becomes more joyous – that my negative mindset becomes a positive one. Update on my cousins son, Porter: Biopsy came back cancerous, its a high grade Glioblastoma, hard to treat & very stubborn. They did another surgery on his brain to remove what was remaining today. It was another fist sized tumor. Pray that if anything was left radiation will take care of it.

Thanks for praying for Viviane in the Ivory Coast. Her trip into the interior to do some research for the widow and orphan back to school project and to do evangelism went really well. The people in the village were so excited about the gifts to help their widows and orphans. They said they'd never heard of anyone doing something like that for people they don't even know. The team had a chance to share Christ many times and the chief offered a public area for the team to project the Jesus film when they come back to complete the project. God is so amazing!!

Please pray for national partners in the Ivory Coast that are going to a village in the northern part of the country where the majority of the population are Muslim. They will be sharing Christ in a new village where a local church not too far away would like to plant a church. They will be finding those that are widows and orphans in need so that they can distribute some school supplies and food kits. Pray that God opens doors for the gospel message and helps the team to find widows and orphans that need help. Pray also that the village sees the love of Christ as this projects takes place.
