My sister is currently without a job, no home, chronic pain & waiting on disability. Frustrations are very high. Me and my sister had a huge argument tonight. Words were said that shouldn’t have been. Yelling and cursing was exchanged. I have been having hard feelings for a while but thought I had worked past them but they all came to a boil tonight and we lost our tempers. Prayers for grandson Dylan who has went through chemo and repeat testing to confirm he is cancer free. He now has a blood clot in his lung in a very concerning spot. Giving him blood thinner and goes Thursday for all his results and plan to treat the clot.
Please pray for my 90 year-old mother. She has been having difficulty swallowing for several weeks. This past weekend she could not take any of her medications. I took her to her primary care doctor in Nashville on Monday. He sent her to the ER for a scan on her neck at Southern Hills Medical Center. It came back as a large mass and was sent by ambulance (with an RN) to Vanderbilt. She is the critical care tower. Two ENT doctors came in this afternoon to do two biopsies. They told us it looks like Thyroid cancer. We will know in a day or so the final results and follow-up. Please pray.

Bible. Being a small island nation, the Maldives has always been quite isolated. Few people outside of the Maldives know the Maldivian language, Dhivehi. Translation of the Bible has never been completed; in fact, only a few books of the Bible are available in Dhivehi. Pray for the ongoing projects in which individuals are right now working to translate more of the Bible into Dhivehi. Pray that the Holy Spirit will work in Maldivian hearts to seek out what is available online and read it or listen to available recordings. Pray that the Word of God and his Spirit will actively pierce souls to discern between good and evil, exposing their need for God's grace and salvation.
